The Berkeley Martial Arts Foundation is a nonprofit organization that supports students practicing martial arts in the greater Berkeley area. Its purposes include organizing martial arts tournaments, issuing scholarships, fundraising for students' competitive martial arts teams, and managing funds for other nonprofit needs.
